The vacuum extinguishing switches types VK-7 and VK-7S are applied as mainly contacts of vacuum chamber. Thanks to original construction, their application meets with series environment conditions.

Technical description

The vacuum extinguishing switch consists of two contacts - movable and stationary - enclosed in the vacuum-tight metal-glass housing. The contact plates are made of porous, copper-antimony saturated tungsten. The movable contact base is precisely guided in the self-lubricated sleeve and the motion is enabled by the elastic stainless-steel bellows.
